Come join Miss Shelley of Every Little Thing Yoga for our very first outdoor family yoga on the Front Lawn! We'll be celebrating the Tails & Tales Summer Reading program by moving our bodies like animals, playing yoga games, reading an animal story or two, and even trying out some partner poses. Come play, move and learn with the whole family - it's going to be such a fun time! As we're outdoors, feel free to bring yoga mats or beach towels, or even a large picnic blanket for the whole family to share. Also, water bottles are encouraged to stay refreshed while we practice. Can't wait to see you there! This is an all abilities class and open to all families.
